RNG Executive Director

Josh Roloff is co-founder and executive director for Restoration Now Global. Josh is a visionary and problem solver with a innate responsibility to bring hope to the hard spaces in life. Josh has a degree in biology and has worked in the building industry for over 20 years. He started volunteering for NGOs in his mid-twenties traveling to Central Africa Republic with Water for Good, Uganda with Zambikes, Rwanda with Belay Global, Louisiana (Katrina disaster response) and Honduras with Mission to the World. In the field he is known for his “Macgyver-style” creative use of humor and materials to get a job done when traditional supplies are unavailable and his ability to successfully befriend, partner with and respect locals in the process. In 2006, a United Way tour of non-profits solidified his growing desire to serve those in need in his own community of Fort Collins, CO leading him to co-found Restoration Now with dear friend, Scott Lowe, creating a local non-profit providing home renovations for the underserved. Eight years later, he stepped down as director to move overseas with his family and lead a building project in Tacloban, Philippines. He returned to Colorado with a renewed compassion for impoverished communities and started volunteering with Nexus International, traveling to Nepal and Honduras where he met local leaders working to change the story for their community. His desire to come alongside these local leaders prompted him to return to Restoration Now, rebranding it as Restoration Now Global, adding an international mission to provide basic needs in developing countries. Scott Lowe
RNG Board Chairman

Scott Lowe is a co-founder and Board Chairman of Restoration Now Global. Scott's love for people, compassion for the hurting and desire to bring hope is reflected in his life and work. Scott was pastoring Grace Church Presbyterian in 2006 when Josh went on the United Way tour of local non-profits (see Josh's bio) and together their drive to bring hope to their neighbors in need was the beginning of Restoration Now. Scott was instrumental in casting the vision, mission and organizational structure of RN and led the members of his faith community in serving their neighbors through RN. When Josh stepped down as director, Scott remained on the RN board. Scott started traveling internationally with Nexus International to come alongside local pastors and teach seminary courses in developing countries. He witnessed the struggles and adversity local leaders experience when trying to serve in communities with poor infrastructure, political instability and limited access to basic needs. When Josh came to Scott with the desire to return as director of RN with a global focus, Scott was passionate about the new mission and was again instrumental in re-branding and casting a new vision for coming alongside community leaders. Scott and his wife Amy have been married for 22 years. They have two high school students Davis and Ella. Scott served for 15 years as Senior Pastor of Grace Church Presbyterian. Scott is currently a Real Estate broker with Hops & Homes and a pastoral coach with Flourish Coaching. Scott loves the great outdoors, mountain biking, squash, smoking barbecue and his greatest passion, time with the family. To hear Scott talk about the RNG story, click here to watch a short video.
